SmileTrain Virtual Surgery Lab
Congratulations to Dr. Court Cutting, SmileTrain & Biodigital for the release of their online surgical simulator. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Cutting at his NYU Virtual Surgery Lab during the first phase of this project for SmileTrain. Together with another animator / technical director and programmers, we created 3d animations illustrating cleft palate surgery techniques using Maya. I was responsible for Art Direction, lighting, surfaces and animating various sequences for DVD and print resources. It was an incredible experience to work with Dr. Cutting and his programmers.
